Jennifer Gardiner is a Canadian forward from Surrey, British Columbia, who rose through youth leagues in the Vancouver area before playing five seasons of NCAA hockey at Ohio State Buckeyes. During her time there, she became one of the program’s most productive players, totaling 171 points over 176 games with 71 goals and 100 assists. She helped Ohio State win two national championships. In her final season, she posted impressive numbers and was recognized among the top players in college women’s hockey.

Gardiner entered the professional ranks via the 2024 draft, when she was selected 11th overall by Montréal Victoire in the Professional Women's Hockey League (PWHL). In her rookie season, she proved to be a rising talent — finishing second among rookies in scoring with 18 points in 30 games and earning a spot as a finalist for PWHL Rookie of the Year. Mid‑season, she delivered standout performances, including multi‑point games and key goals that helped Montréal secure important wins.

On the international stage, Gardiner has represented Team Canada. She won a gold medal at the 2019 IIHF U18 Women’s World Championship. More recently, she made her senior‑level breakthrough at the 2025 IIHF Women’s World Championship, producing multiple goals and assists and helping Canada earn silver.
