Emmy Fecteau is a Canadian ice‑hockey centre from Saint‑Odilon‑de‑Cranbourne, Québec, who first made her mark at the university level with the Concordia Stingers. Over her five seasons there, she demonstrated strong two‑way play, leadership, and consistency — helping the Stingers capture two national U SPORTS championships. In 2023 she was recognized with the Isobel Gathorne‑Hardy Award by Hockey Canada, honoring her leadership, community involvement, and commitment to the sport. She also earned academic accolades, balancing her studies (in English as a second language education) with top‑level hockey performance.

After graduating, Fecteau transitioned to professional play when she was selected 31st overall in the 2024 draft by the New York Sirens of the Professional Women's Hockey League (PWHL). As one of the first players ever drafted directly from U SPORTS, she broke new ground and quickly carved out a role on the Sirens’ roster. In her rookie PWHL season she appeared in 30 games and was honored with the team’s Intact Impact Award — recognizing her leadership, integrity, and positive influence on and off the ice.
